Melanie Barlow: Hi! I’m a registered nurse specialising in Intensive Care. I have been dedicated to simulation-based education since 2011. Like most, my entry into simulation was in 2004 through trial and error as a clinical educator. Now, I help higher education academics integrate simulation into their curriculum and through forums like this podcast, I want to support other educators learn from my mistakes. I am passionate about improving health communication, focusing on how healthcare professionals understand messages related to speaking up and giving feedback. My goal is to improve communication between professionals and enhance patient safety. www.melanie.barlow.me
